OUR PROCESS
Our 6-Step Quality Inspection Process
We follow a structured inspection workflow to ensure consistent quality, accurate measurements, proper workmanship, and export-ready products before shipment.
① Fabric Inspection
We verify fabric quality, GSM, construction, color consistency, defects, and shrinkage before production begins.

② Cutting Inspection
Fabric spreading, marker accuracy, panel matching, and cutting quality are checked before sewing starts

③ Inline Inspection
Our QC team monitors sewing quality, stitching accuracy, measurements, workmanship, and production consistency during manufacturing.

④ Finishing Inspection
Garments are checked for thread trimming, pressing quality, stains, defects, labels, and overall finishing standards.

⑤ Final Random Inspection
Random cartons are inspected based on buyer requirements and AQL principles before shipment approval.

⑥ Packing & Shipment Verification
Cartons, poly bags, labels, barcodes, packing ratios, and export documentation are verified before dispatch.
